The National Institute of Circus Arts is hosting its seasonal Circus Holiday Program for kids and teens aged 5 – 17 yrs from Monday 29 June – Friday 10 July.
Learn to fly, juggle, and turn a roly poly into a cartwheel! NICA is the hub of fun, activities, and learning skills to be proud of.
KIDS WORKSHOPS (5-12yrs)
Leap Into Circus (mornings):
Action-packed 3-hour session to curb the energy of restless offspring.

Day at the Circus (all-day workshops):
Each day brings a new circus theme full of surprises. Activities vary each day and may include juggling, tumbling, trampoline, static trapeze, lyra, hula hoops, rolla bolla, globe, tightwire and more.

AERIALkids (7-12yrs, select afternoons):
Climb, hang, spin and roll through the air on a variety of aerial apparatus. Perfect for kids who want more after their morning workshop.

TEEN WORKSHOPS (12-17yrs)
AERIALteens (Tuesday 30 June, 1–3pm):
Fly high! Try a variety of aerial apparatus including tissu, static trapeze, and aerial hoop, with a focus on aerial awareness, coordination, strength, and aerial skills.

CIRCUSteens (Monday 6 July, 1–3pm):
Mix it up with both ground-based and aerial apparatus. Perfect for beginners, you can experience the thrill of trapeze, tumbling, trampoline, manipulation (spinning plates, juggling scarves, hula hoops), tightwire, acrobalance, tissu & more.
