The Turnbull Government has appointed three new members to the National Cultural Heritage Committee: Associate Professor Henrietta Marrie, Dr Janda Gooding and Lisa Slade, on a part-time basis until 31 January 2019.
Associate Professor Marrie has over 30 years’ experience in Indigenous arts, culture and intellectual property. She currently works at Central Queensland University in the Office of Indigenous Engagement in Cairns and is a member of the National Museum of Australia’s (NMA) Indigenous Reference Group.
