Perth Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA) in partnership with University of Western Australia (UWA) and the UWA Cultural Precinct has announced UWA graduate Elham Eshraghian as the recipient of this year’s Schenberg Art Fellowship for her work Bohrân, a two channel digital video.
