Arts West opposes National Programme for Excellence

Arts West, a network of eight small to medium sized cultural organisations operating in Melbourne’s western suburbs, has issued a statement opposing the proposed changes to the Australia Council and the reallocation of $104.7 million to the federal Ministry for the Arts.
