Knox City Council invites artists to submit an expression of interest for a site responsive public artwork. The artwork will be located in the Indigenous Grasslands that will form part the newly designed Kings Park play space.
The successful artists will receive a fee of $50,000.00 + GST for the design, fabrication and installation of artwork.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) will be conducted in two (2) stages. Three applicants will be shortlisted for stage 2, each receiving $1,200 to develop concept design drawings, demonstrating high calibre innovation and capacity to undertake the project on a technical level.
Project commencement is scheduled for late 2026, with installation anticipated in May 2027.
