Yvonne Boyd (née Lennie), widow of the well-renowned Australian late 20th century painter, Arthur Boyd, died in Melbourne on 13 November 2013.

Growing up in Melbourne, Boyd was educated at a private school, finishing with a determination to become an artist. She attended the Royal Academy (now known as the Victorian College of the Arts), and became a talented painter, winning art prizes for her drawing.
