Street artist brings hope to cyclone-ravaged Rockhampton

Internationally renowned muralist Lucas Grogan leaves Rockhampton with more than a bad cyclone memory.

Just two weeks after Tropical Cyclone Marcia ravaged the city of Rockhampton on the morning of 20 February, a Melbourne street artist paints a message of hope and solidarity.

Lucas Grogan has transformed Quay Lane with a mural painted in his signature blue and white patterning, which has an uncanny connection to swirling vortex of the recent cyclone.
