Operation Art by kids for kids at Westmead

Operation Art puts cheerful paintings on the walls of galleries and hospitals.

Any school in NSW and any child from kindergarten to Year 10 can contribute to cheerfulness with up to four works of art per child in the Operation Art initiative of The Children’s Hospital at Westmead with the New South Wales Department of Education and Communities. The only condition is that they be cheerful and uplifting, because, well, because we want those kids well. All of them. Think of Operation Art as a great big get well soon greeting card, but lots and lots of them.
