Following an extensive international search, West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO) has appointed Mark Coughlan as Chief Executive Officer.

A highly respected national cultural leader and a passionate advocate for music in Western Australia, Coughlan is a familiar face at WASO, having served as a board director since 2009.
