In an age of iPhone cameras and Instagram, can anyone call themselves a photographer? Does photography depend on expensive equipment and a fine eye, or is it a disposable art which is accessible to everybody?

This question is at the heart of an exhibition presented by pop-up art space and online community creative hub Colour Box Studio, The Disposable Camera Project: Third Edition, to be shown at Ruffian Gallery, Footscray from 2 to 12 October.
