Harold Mitchell is man known for a great many things, and I expect that when you are approaching the golden age of 70, as Harold Mitchell is this year, there isn’t much a business man as successful and influential as Harold hasn’t seen, done or put into action.

Known as one of Australia’s most influential media players, Harold Mitchell is also appreciated for his commitment to the arts. And from choice roles as Chairman of the Melbourne’s Recital Centre and the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, you’d guess that Harold Mitchell was a classical, conservative sort of guy.
