Registrations close March 25 for all visual artists to enter the fourth Chapel Street Precinct ART-Town competition that carries $4000 in awards, half of that going to the winner. Selected artists will take to the streets of Prahran, Windsor, South Yarra and Chapel St North to produce work that captures the diversity of the precinct. The proposed art can be sculpture, painting, drawing, photography or street art, remembering that the event producers reserve the right to select suitable participants.
