Diversity Arts Australia and Back to Back Theatre are among the latest funding recipients to foster new projects in the screen industry.

Seven projects received a total of $249,600 from the Screenrights 2021 Cultural Fund with a focus on ‘New Teams’ to support diverse and innovative projects.

Screenrights Board Director and Cultural Fund Working Group Chair Geoffrey Atherden said: ‘This year’s focus on New Teams attracted a strong round of high quality applications, out of which seven projects have been approved with a rich diversity of participants and project aims.
