‘Joy to All’ is the White House’s theme for the holiday season this year. First lady Michelle Obama has enlisted four talented artists to help bring more festive cheer and more Christmas decorations than ever. The artists, from Chicago, are David Lee Csicsko, known for his mosaic design in the CTA’s Belmont station; glassmaker David Condon; Jami Darwin Chiang, a paper artist and illustrator; and terrarium designer Heidi Feinerman.
