Everybody gets nerves – especially going to interviews. It’s not the sort of thing you do everyday is it? And you feel like you’re under the microscope not knowing what the people ‘looking down’ at you are thinking or looking for. It all makes for an uncomfortable feeling. But it doesn’t need to be that scary.

There are many things you can do to control your nerves but the most important is to be well prepared. Go over everything you said in your application, as your interview panel is likely to ask you to elaborate on your answers. Practice your answers making sure that you are emphasizing the skills you have that will be beneficial to their organization and the role.
