Curating is no longer about white cotton gloves and hushed hallowed halls; it is a dynamic, global and collaborative profession that has reached "super star" status.
The term curator was somewhat illusive in the past – a respected staffer who commanded the hallowed halls of a museum, their encyclopedic knowledge impressive… and envied.
But today the term is applied to anything from curating content on your social media channel or a website, to the shoe department of a big chain that “curates” a new line for the upcoming season.
