The Australian Institute of Architects would like the success of a NSW residential model to be replicated in other states.

David Karotkin, National President of the AIA, told ArtsHub he believed the design standards of the NSW State Environment Planning Policy (SEPP65), which became law in 2002, could be a national standard.
