About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Jewellery Retoucher, Photographer & Videographer to join us part-time in our Surry Hills studio (2–3 days per week). You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality stills and motion content of our jewellery for use across eCommerce, campaigns, digital, and social platforms.

This role combines creative flair with technical excellence, ideal for someone with a love of detail and experience in product photography, retouching, and short-form video.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional studio photos of fine jewellery (macro/detail work)

• Retouch images to luxury standard using Photoshop and Lightroom

• Film and edit short-form motion content (e.g. reels, 360s, lifestyle footage)

• Export, organise, and deliver content across formats and platforms

• Use tools such as Retouch4Me, ImagenAI, and KeyShot to streamline workflow

• Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to bring collections to life

About You

• You have experience in jewellery, product, or beauty photography

• You’re highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Lightroom

• You have strong skills in video capture and editing (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro)

• You take pride in precise, polished, and elegant work

• You’re curious and up to date with AI tools that improve quality and efficiency

• You thrive in a small, collaborative studio environment

Tools & Tech You’ll Use

• Adobe Photoshop (retouching, layers, dodge & burn)

• Adobe Lightroom + ImagenAI (AI-assisted batch editing)

• Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (video editing)

• Retouch4Me plug-ins (dust, backdrop, skin correction)

• KeyShot (for 3D product rendering, optional)

• JPEGmini, WebSharpening (for exports)
