Red Hot Arts Central Australia (RHA) is a multi-arts non-profit dedicated to empowering Central Australian creators by providing resources, platforms, and support to bring their visions to life. For over 20 years, RHA has strengthened the local arts ecosystem through events, workshops, arts hub management, and advocacy. We produce Desert Festival and MASIFF, Mparntwe Alice Springs International Film Festival, our annual signature events.
About the role
Red Hot Arts is looking for a new Office Manager to join our active arts hub at 67 Bath St. This key role is the first point of contact for the organisation, working closely with the General Manager to provide high-quality customer service and operational support across all areas.
The Office Manager is the powerhouse behind Red Hot Arts’ daily operations — managing enquiries, records, invoices, and supplies while leading our What’s On advertising program. They also keep the Bath Street hub thriving by overseeing venue management – coordinating venue bookings, supporting tenants, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring the space is safe, welcoming, and ready for artists, audiences, and the community.
