Front of House Manager

Malthouse Theatre seeks a Front of House Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver outstanding service and unforgettable, safe audience experiences.

The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing the Front of House operations at Malthouse, managing the casual front of house team and providing a seamless and high-quality customer experience for theatre audiences and visitors to the venue.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Experience in frontline customer service including proven ability to resolve customer issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with large groups of people in a busy public setting
  • Proven experience in leading or managing a team in a live performance environment.  
  • Excellent record-keeping and reporting, including timesheets management, safety documentation, and regular reporting as required.
