About us: The National Theatre for Children (NTC), founded in 1978, is a global educational theatre production company that performs at thousands of schools each year. This is a fantastic opportunity as part of the Australian office to work within an exciting, creative and dynamic environment based at our production house in Moorabbin, Melbourne.
Job Description: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is self-motivated, passionate and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of our digital marketing plans. The core focus will be on managing our email channel campaigns, website content, social media platforms, communication content, distribution, strategy and planning. We deliver a wide range of exciting programs and this role is hands-on, independent and highly creative.
Responsibilities include:
- Social media activation and content creation
- EDM content, design, automation and digital campaigns
- Oversite of marketing and activation content for websites
- Marketing research and database contact management
- Analysis and compilation of reporting and analytics data
- Digital content calendar – plan and manage
- Produce media releases and news distribution
You will need to be an excellent communicator, highly organized, people person, responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, committed, detailed and looking for key role in a fast-growing, creative and supportive company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Interest in theatre and education
- Professional attitude and commitment to your work
- Strong communication, verbal and written skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and well organised
- Friendly, positive attitude and outgoing demeanor
- Teamwork/collaboration is a must
- Ability to keep on top of new and changing information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Creative Cloud Suite preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs/database systems a plus
Full time role onsite at Moorabbin office, with occasional extra hours during production high points. This is a fantastic opportunity to take up a core role within an exciting theatre production arts & education company.
