Your role
We’re on the lookout for a Business Support Officer to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who like to keep things running smoothly, enjoys helping others and has a knack for making an environment feel warm and welcoming. It’s also a perfect stepping stone for someone who wants to build their foundation in business support services, office management and customer service with plenty of guidance, support and encouragement from us every step of the way.
Here’s a snapshot of what it looks like
- Providing helpful reception and customer service
- Supporting the team with staff communications on Sharepoint
- Working with your manager on sustainability initiatives that make an impact
- Assisting with meeting rooms, AV setups and tech (don’t worry we’ll show you how!)
- Keeping the front of house and back of house tidy and organised
- Ensuring communal amenities are stocked and well kept
- Providing procurement support from pens to notebooks to help the office run smoothly
- Coordinating mail and courier services
- Maintaining and reviewing office access cards and visitor logs
