About the Role
This position supports the effective operation of NIDA’s integrated audio visual systems to meet the needs of its teaching environment and its commercial venue activities. The role requires a highly organised and self-motivated manager with strong knowledge of contemporary audio visual equipment, classroom and lecture technologies, video conferencing, digital signage, live stream broadcasts and associated software. The position contributes directly to the teaching and learning experience at NIDA and may require work outside standard business hours.
About You
You have experience managing AV systems in education, delivering across multiple teaching spaces. You’re proficient with AV technologies and software, including lecture capture, collaboration platforms, live streaming, video walls and enterprise digital signage. You support staff and students, train casual staff, and provide excellent customer service. You troubleshoot complex AV environments, manage networking and endpoints, and contribute to service improvements while championing inclusive practices.

Job Preview
This is a Full-Time ongoing contract.
The base annual salary is $95,000 + 12% Superannuation, based on a 38-hour working week.
