Marking a milestone year, Waverley Art Prize 40 Years highlights the breadth, range, and innovation of the artists who have helped shape this national art prize and much-loved fixture of the local cultural calendar.
This artist talk, featuring previous Prize winners, Rosemary Lee, Tom Carment, Philjames and Nicola Smith, will explore the history of the prize, as well as the throughlines that have connected generations of local practitioners.
Hear first-hand from the Prize’s alumni who are among the country’s most respected contemporary artists.
