In 2026, Salon will encompass two events – Salon 2026 and the Salon Mixer – presented in partnership with Seymour Centre Sydney across 21-22 July.
Registration is available for individual events as well as bundled for attendance at both.
SALON MIXER – Tuesday 21 July
5:30pm – 8pm, Level 1 Seymour Centre
Since 2018, Salon has been the engine room for touring and partnerships across NSW and the ACT. What began as an informal afternoon gathering has evolved into NSW’s most vital industry event—doubling in size since 2024 to welcome over 250 participants annually.
This year, we’re building on that momentum to launch something the sector has been waiting for!
In partnership with Seymour Centre, Arts on Tour is excited to present the Salon Mixer, an industry gathering the evening prior to Salon. This is the first whole-of-sector social event in years – and a rare opportunity to bring artists, producing organisations, venues, and industry champions based in Sydney together with artists and venues coming to Salon from across the state.
It’s more than a networking event; it’s a chance to reconnect and celebrate the community that we are all a part of and the people who bring live performance to life. Enjoy canapes and drinks in an atmosphere designed for conversation.
To keep the event intimate and conducive to real connection, capacity is strictly limited. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this milestone evening before the main event of Salon in 2026!

If you have access requirements or other barriers to attending Salon, please contact producer Robbi James via [email protected]
“Salon is a critical marketplace for producers and presenters to find each other and make great experiences happen. It would be impossible to be fully across the vast range of excellent artists making work across the state without this event.”
