Queen’s Wharf Brisbane Art Prize

In partnership with Queen’s Wharf Brisbane and The Star Brisbane, The Royal Queensland Art Society Brisbane Branch is pleased to present the 2026 Queen’s Wharf Brisbane Art Prize. Following on from the success of this exhibition in 2025 and with an expanded list of eligible mediums, visit Petrie Terrace Gallery to see what local artists love about Brisbane and their connection to it through art.

August ART TALKS – Sunday, 23rd August from 2pm
The August ART TALK, “My art practice and some thoughts on art schools past, present and future”, is being presented by Mostyn Bramley-Moore, one of the judges of the 2026 Queen’s Wharf Brisbane Art Prize.
Immerse: Jazz Night – Friday, 28th August from 7:00pm
Step into an evening of pure magic at ‘Immerse’ with Ashleigh Denning and Coppertop Entertainment!
Live jazz performed amid the award-winning artworks of the Queen’s Wharf Brisbane Art Prize. In the elegant setting of the art gallery, soulful melodies intertwine with visual artistry, creating an unforgettable multisensory experience.
