Australia Council CEO Tony Grybowski said the Australia Council had greatly benefited from the deep knowledge, vision and leadership of Rupert Myer AO, who has held the role of Chair of the Australia Council for the Arts for the past six years.
Myer was appointed in 2012, following a long and distinguished connection with arts and culture.
