TEN DAYS ON THE ISLAND APPOINTS NEW HEAD OF PROGRAMMING
Performance maker and director Laura Sheedy has been appointed as the new Head of programming at Tasmania’s biennial festival Ten Days on the Island.
An experienced creative producer, teaching artist and festival manager, Sheedy has extensive festival and performing arts experience in Tasmania and around the world. Locally she has worked on projects for Mona Foma, Dark Mofo, Terrapin Puppet Theatre, Furneaux Island Festival, and with other arts organisations across the island.
