We’ve all done it: January 1 rolls around and we vow we’ll be different. As the clock strikes midnight we resolve we’ll kick bad habits and start new ones that will make us feel good, look good, be good. In one great leap we’ll fix our relationships, our work and home life; become better parents and kinder people, and realise our long-held, secret dreams.
