Across Australia arts organisations are faced with decisions about how to quickly adapt to the ever-changing circumstances and to learn more about their changing audiences.

Launched in 2020, the Audience Outlook Monitor tracks audience response during the pandemic, helping aid the sector’s decision making about planning and programming live events. The latest results show that audiences have an understanding of why events are being postponed and strong empathy for artists affected.
