Changes made to Playing Australia cautiously welcomed

The Australia Council has reintroduced multi-year investments and streamlined the application process for the Regional Performing Arts Touring program.

Multi-year investments and a streamlined application process for grants associated with Playing Australia have been introduced by the Australia Council for the Arts.

The changes have been generally welcomed by arts organisations, though some have expressed concern that small-to-medium companies may be disadvantaged by the new processes.
