Youth arts orgs lose out in funding cuts

Arts Queensland has cut triennial funding for a range of youth arts organisations, including peak body Youth Arts Queensland.

Youth arts organisations have borne the brunt of the latest funding cuts from Arts Queensland, with peak body Youth Arts Queensland, Backbone Youth Arts, Feral Arts and Contact Inc among those companies whose applications for triennial funding in 2014-2016 were unsuccessful.
