After almost three years of drawing the crowds in Australian cities, the letter-writing (and letter-reading) stage show Women of Letters is making its first international foray, with events scheduled in the US in March.

Featuring musician Amanda Palmer, actor Gia Carides, author Anna Funder and model and columnist Melissa Stetton among others, the three events will take place in Los Angeles, New York city and Austin, Texas, with that latter being a co-ed event – People of Letters – as part of the SXSW Music Festival. Panellists will have to pen ‘a letter to the person I misjudged’ or ‘a letter to my first time.’
