Sixty projects have been shortlisted for the world’s largest awards program of its kind.


The Australian Institute of Architects’ National Architecture Awards, for the past 32 years since 1981, have been recognising excellence within the Australian design and construction industry. Highlights from this year’s shortlist include: Perth Arena, the RMIT Design Hub, WA’s Brookfield Place, the Waterloo Youth Family Centre, the Darling Quarter in Sydney, Glass House in South Australia, the West Kimberly Regional Prison and Hamer Hall, which have all been shortlisted for more than one award.
