This week we have many opportunities for musicians at various stages of their career. NSW Orchestral Conducting (Early Career) is a fellowship program presented in partnership with Create NSW and Sydney Youth Orchestras to support the emerging and early career professional practice of an orchestral conductor.
The successful applicant will be awarded $20,000 and receives professional support with industry mentors to undertake a broad-ranging professional development and orchestral fellowship program over 12 months (part-time) with Sydney Youth Orchestras starting in March 2021. This will include conducting a range of rehearsals and professional concert performances in Sydney’s venues.
