OperaQ’s new artistic director will woo new artists and audiences

'If you're not developing the form in new and different ways, then I think you’re failing as an arts organisation,' says new AD.

The former artistic director of physical theatre company Legs On The Wall, Patrick Nolan, has been appointed as the new artistic director of Opera Queensland.

OperaQ is currently on notice as a result of the National Opera Review, having been given three years to turn its finances around or lose its status as a member of the Australian Major Performing Arts Group.
