Minister for Creative Industries Danny Pearson has announced today (22 October) that the Victorian Government would renew its landmark Creative State strategy.

Work on the four-year strategy was under way earlier this year, following a public and sector consultation process in 2019. But the program was put on hold in March as the pandemic hit, and government focused on meeting the immediate needs of the sector, including rolling out a $90 million coronavirus support package.
