Death and hot summers nab the 2013 Moran Prizes

The Moran Prizes have always drawn a strong field of entries, this time over 900 portrait and 3,000 photographic entries hopeful for their slice of the $300,000 prize kitty and opportunity to be part of the Moran Arts Foundation Collection.
