In a departure from tradition, Bell Shakespeare is premiering its first show of 2013, Henry 4, in Canberra. Part of the Enlighten program, the premiere season of Henry 4 is the NSW contribution to a unique season of works, Collected Works: Australia, staged at Canberra Theatre Centre for the Centenary of Canberra. Enlighten is part of the centenary celebrations and will feature Henry 4 as part of their performance offerings.

This exciting new production of Henry 4, directed by and starring Co-Artistic Director John Bell, will re-imagine the iconic work of the Bard in the present day, with inspiration drawn from the 2011 London Riots.
