With the Federal election called for 21 May, the sector is calling on colleagues, artists, and the public to campaign and advocate for arts and culture. ArtsHub has gathered a list of resources that can help put a callout to the nation’s leaders, from posting a banner on social media to how to write a letter to your MP.

NAVA will meet with candidates to promote their #VoteForArt campaign and policy priorities. The public is invited to pledge to #VoteForArt and to communicate their support ahead of the election. NAVA is calling on Federal election candidates to put First Nations first, stimulate long-term sustainability, pay artists for their work, prioritise equity, cultural safety and accessibility, and nourish arts education.
