When someone asks you to name your strengths, most people will find this quite easy to do. But when it comes to answering the inevitable second part of the question – “what are you weaknesses?” – it becomes quite a struggle for many. This is because you generally don’t want to say anything too bad for fear of making yourself seem like an unsuitable candidate, but you also don’t want to say anything too meek, for fear of seeming incapable of correctly answering the question. It should be no surprise that the worst answer to this question is – “Oh, I don’t have any.”
