How to force feedback following a job interview.

So you didn’t get the job? Bummer. It’s a soul-crushing experience we’ve all been through, but it pays to know why exactly someone else did get the job.

But how do you get past the standard answer: “Sorry, the other candidate was best fit for the role”?

First of all, decide on how you’ll contact the interviewer. Usually, email is best. Whatever you do, don’t SMS requesting for feedback.
