Arts recruitment for sector recovery

Changing expectations and a competitive job market means that recruiters need to think differently.

Job security, a stable income and flexible working arrangements, have taken priority for employees through the onslaught of COVID.

Released earlier this year, Microsoft’s 2021 Work Trend Index revealed that a whopping 46% of the global workforce is considering a job change.

‘Ranging from more flexibility, solitude and family time through to more formality, camaraderie and a separation from their private life, inflection points such as these always give rise to movement in the job market,’ said Evans.
