98% National arts participation is a great stat to leverage recovery support

The fourth and last in a decade-long series, Australia Council’s National Arts Participation Survey shows incredible growth and value perception.

Creating Our Future: results of the National Arts Participation Survey is the fourth report in a series spanning a decade of reporting Australians’ attitudes towards and engagement with arts and culture. The last was tabled in 2016.

The report was conducted online in November and December 2019, prior to COVID-19, and has been described as ‘a benchmark’ of engagement that will offer a clear statistic to leverage a roadmap to recovery.
