About the role

ACMI is seeking a Website Producer to manage ACMI’s websites, web and mobile apps including the Lens post visit. The role runs the production and delivery of online program information and editorial content; liaises with stakeholders to promote exhibitions, programs and subject matter expertise via the website; and optimises the website for best practice user experience. This is a new full-time ongoing role reporting to the Head of Digital Products & Interaction Design.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in website content management, online content production and coordination including using content management systems and image management skills.
  • Experience in digital product development including agile methodologies, UX research and design, website accessibility, SEO/GEO best practice and proficiency with Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills including a strong visitor focus when liaising with stakeholders.
  • Writing and editing skills with experience producing engaging, sharable content.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and project management skills. Comfortable with prioritising tasks and coordinating projects which are delivered on time to a high standard.
