Your role
As the Senior Project Officer Visual Arts, you will play a key role behind the scenes to support the delivery of visual arts projects and programs including the Australia at the Venice Biennale Art and Architecture projects. From planning to de-installation, you’ll be at the centre of it ensuring everything runs smoothly. This includes,
- collaborating with a range of stakeholders to produce the Venice projects
- managing the end-to-end delivery of the Venice Biennale Art professional development program
- managing designated visual arts programs including the Incoming Visitors Program
- handling project administration from travel and logistics to reporting
- contributing to the development of communications related to the Venice projects
- supporting fundraising administration and coordination for the Venice art project
- contributing to research, analysis and preparation of information related to the relevant programs
- scoping and planning future projects and programs and providing insights on trends, risks and opportunities.

- Fixed term of 2 years
- Office Location: Sydney
- Salary of $86,578 per annum + 15.4% superannuation
