Queensland State Coordinator

MVA is looking for an experienced arts administrator with strong organisational, stakeholder management and sales skills to join our Queensland team.

If you’re bringing more experience in arts or education administration, are comfortable managing a busy workload and have outstanding organisational and administrative skills, the Queensland State Coordinator role will be a good fit for you.  

This role involves working across all aspects of MVA including Concerts, Education, Emerging Artist programs, the qualities that will make you successful in this role include: 

  • Strong organisational and administration skills, with demonstrated experience using the Office suite of software.   
  • Ability to manage competing demands, follow processes and work with minimal supervision. 
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience in customer service and telephone sales desirable. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.   
  • Proficiency in CRM programs (Tessitura or similar) is desirable – training will be provided.  
  • Experience in, or understanding of, the arts and education sectors in Queensland is desirable.
