Part-time (3 days/22.8 hours per week)  //  9 month contract (parental leave)

Our projects transform public spaces and captivate audiences around the world.  We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of landmark artworks across Australia and abroad.

 

THE ROLE

As Project Manager, you’ll coordinate all logistical and administrative aspects of our projects – from early planning through to installation and project close-out. You’ll be the key link between clients, artists, engineers, production teams, and installers, ensuring every detail is delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

You will:

– Liaise with clients to manage permits, inductions, and access requirements

– Manage project budgets, from cost planning to final project reconciliation

– Coordinate transport, travel, equipment, and crew bookings

– Prepare project documentation including risk assessments, site plans, and engineering certifications

– Support on-site delivery with clear schedules and handovers

– Work closely with our Production Manager, designers, and technical partners to ensure smooth project execution

 

ABOUT YOU

– Strong project management experience (arts, events, construction, or related industries)

– Excellent organisational and communication skills

– Confidence working with budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements

– A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure

– An interest in art, design, or technology is highly regarded
