Join our Events, Arts & Culture team and lead the way in creating unforgettable indoor and outdoor experiences that inspire, engage, and connect our community.

In this role you’ll:

  • Coordinate all event logistics, including staff, equipment, and contractor management, ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
  • Take a hands-on approach during setup, execution, and pack-down, keeping operations smooth from start to finish.
  • Plan and deliver innovative, engaging events and activities that captivate audiences of all ages.
  • Oversee site operations, risk assessments, technical production, and administrative processes to maintain high standards.
  • Work a flexible schedule of up to 30 hours per week, with hours tailored to event requirements and seasonal demands.

This permanent part-time role offers a salary of $83,480 – $95,636 (pro rata for part-time hours) plus 12% superannuation.
