Expressions of Interest- Performers
Erth is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from Japanese and Cantonese-speaking performers who wish to join our ensemble for a variety of internationally touring shows, as well as a range of creative projects and future opportunities.
We are particularly interested in confident, engaging performers with strong speaking and hosting abilities, and the capacity to communicate clearly with audiences in Japanese or Cantonese.
Ideal applicants will have experience in text and script-based performance, with the ability to lead, facilitate, and connect with audiences in a live setting. Experience in physical performance practices such as puppeteering, dance, or physical theatre is highly regarded, but not essential. We encourage people of all shapes, sizes, abilities, genders, and backgrounds to register their interest in auditioning.

Successful applicants will be invited to audition.
Auditions are scheduled for early to mid-April 2026 at Erth’s Workshop, located on Myrtle St in Marrickville, Sydney. Interstate applicants may be contacted for auditions via Zoom.
